Ordering Policy

We hope you'll love your custom order from A Giftful Heart!

Our goal at A Giftful Heart has been to provide a unique, high quality product for you. We also strive to provide the highest level of service to our customers. We understand that there are many places for you to spend your hard earned money, and we know that we need to work hard to earn your business.

We hope that this website will provide you with a pleasurable shopping experience and all the information you need to make an informed purchase. If for any reason you do not find what you need, our customer service staff is standing by ready to help in any way they can.

Please note our Ordering Policy for Custom Magnets:

• An email proof is included with each order, for your approval prior to printing. (Please read "important note regarding email proofs" and revisions below.)
  
  
• Your magnets will not be printed until we have your approval in writing.


• Please make sure to include all wording at the time of ordering, as well as any special instructions.
  
  
• **Revisions: A revised proof is included to correct errors, adjust colors (within same color family), replace existing text, or change photo on most designs**, if necessary. Please try to make any change requests at one time. For further changes to your proof, please see "Additional Proofs" pricing below. (We will be happy to adjust colors automatically as well. If you'd like assistance coordinating your colors, just ask!)
  

ADDITIONAL PROOFS:

In the event you would like to request an additional design(s) or make changes to your original proof other than those listed above, pricing is as follows:

• Third photo**: $8 (color & b/w proofs Ok)
  **New Photo for "Full Photo Hearts & Squares": $25
  
• New Design: $15
• New Color Scheme: $10 (color adjustments Ok - this is for new color scheme)
• Font Change: $8
• Add Line(s) of Text: $8

Please remember to also check your Junk/Bulk Mail
folder for your proof.

If you do not receive your email proof by the end of the 4th business day (custom colors & designs may take longer), and you have checked your Junk or Bulk Mail folder as well, please email status@agiftfulheart.com or call 877-238-9458 at your convenience so that we may assist you.

PHYSICAL MAGNET SAMPLES:

Due to the custom nature of the magnets, we want to make sure you're happy with what you receive.   

• Pre-printed physical sample of one magnet (design/color based on availability).  Please feel free to request a sample prior to ordering!
• Personalized samples are available as test prints (without magnet backing) and are $8 each. To request a personalized sample, please write "$8 Personalized Test Print" in the Special Instructions box on the order or checkout page.

PHOTO TOUCH-UPS OFFERED:

Photo touch-ups which may be included with your order, upon request:

• Softening a background
• Removing minor skin blemishes
• Red eye removal

PHOTO EDITING:

Photo editing services are available. Please inquire at time of ordering.

DESIGN SERVICES:

Custom Designing is available. Please inquire: custom@agiftfulheart.com.

Custom Tinting of Graphics: Available from $5 per tint, non-refundable. Fee based on hourly rate, with a minimum $5.
