Instructions for Sending Your Photo

First, choose the Correct Image Size:

Digital camera images:

Please send the ORIGINAL HI-RES IMAGE that came straight from a digital camera. Send from your regular email program, as an attachment (please don't embed in the email.) If you are taking the images yourself, shoot your images in the highest resolution your camera supports.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - DEFINITION OF "ORIGINAL IMAGE":

1 - Please do not send a version of your image that has been reduced in size for web/email. These images are fine for viewing online, however, they will print with reduced clarity, and we cannot guarantee the results of these images.
2 - Please do not send a link to a photo sharing website or photos previously downloaded from photo sharing websites.
3 - Please do not send photographer "proofs."
4 - Please do not CROP your photo. However, please feel free to send us an example of how you would like your photo cropped, along with the original.

Scanned images: Scan at 300-360 dpi or 300% or "print-quality."
