If there is a need for a return/credit, please note our Return Policy for Custom Magnets:

Due to the custom nature of the magnets, we want to make sure you're happy with what you receive.  To help ensure this:

  • An email proof is included with each order, for your approval prior to printing. Your magnets will not be printed until we have your approval in writing.

  • Pre-printed physical sample of one magnet (design/color based on availability) are complimentary.  Please feel free to request a sample prior to ordering!

  • Personalized samples are available as test prints (without magnet backing) and are $8 each (in addition to any proof fee, if applicable). To request a personalized sample, please write "$8 Personalized Test Print" in the Special Instructions box on the order or checkout page.

Proof Accuracy is Client Responsibility.  Please check your proof carefully! Once you approve your proof, your magnet or card will not be reviewed again by the designer.  It is your responsibility to proofread the proof(s) you receive for accuracy of all design/colors and lettering, including calendars and circled calendar dates!  If you approve a proof for printing, and then find there is an error after your magnets or cards have been printed, we will revise the magnet or card, send you another proof for approval, and reprint them for you at a discounted price. 

Revisions, Changes, Requests for Delivery Dates must be in writing:
All revision requests must be in writing. Any changes to your original order, such as quantities, requested production time, additionalitems, etc., must be in writing.
These revision and change requests must be from the email address used in your order, and include your Order # in the subject line.

Once we receive the notice in writing of changes or requests to your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the changes. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your changes have not taken effect. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you must contact our office to ensure that we have received your changes in writing, and so that we can follow-up with the confirmation email.

Color and Lightness/Darkness.  Actual printed magnet and card/lettering colors may vary from your computer monitor and/or a copy you print at home. Due to the wide variety of monitors, and the fact that we cannot control how the colors or lightness/darkness of items display on your particular monitor(s), or the type of printer, ink, paper or print settings you may use to compare the proof and physical items, we cannot offer refunds or reprints at no charge for an issue of color or lightness/darkness. If you'd like to be certain of the color of the magnets, please request a physical sample prior to having your order printed - stock samples are free, personalized test prints are $8.

RETURN POLICY:

All custom orders are non-refundable. Envelopes are returnable. See below.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there are any concerns with your printed order, please email customer service so that we may assist you. If there are any issues with the printing, the magnets or cards will need to be returned for an exchange.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there are any physical defects or damage to any of your magnets or cards, you may return them, and we will replace them at no charge. You must notify us within one (1) week from your date of delivery. If there is a shortage or discrepancy to your magnet, cards or envelopes, you must notify us within one (1) week from your date of delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is no fee for one proof of a design/colors as shown on our website and a set of revisions to that design as noted in the Ordering Policy .**
After receiving your proof, you may cancel at that time and receive a full credit to your account. (Some exceptions apply and do require a fee. Exceptions are posted below, as well as in the Ordering Policy under "Additional Proofs.")

**Exceptions: Custom Photo Hearts & Squares, Full-Photo Hearts & Squares, multiple photo magnets, custom colors, attach-card & insert-card, multiple revisions, test prints.
For these items, you must pay for all work completed (whether or not you have received the proof yet). The fees are as follows: "Custom Photo", Full Photo, and Multiple Photo: $25; Custom Colors: $15; 3rd Proof due to revisions on proofs in section above: $15; Attach-Cards (non-custom) - $10; Custom Attach-Cards - $15; Insert Cards - $20; Test prints - $8 each. Photo editing and express service fees are non-refundable. If you have not approved the magnet or card for production, you will receive a credit for the remaining balance. If you have approved your proof, and the magnets have gone into production, there is no refund available, due to the custom nature of the product.

Envelope Returns:  If you'd like to return the envelopes for any reason, please send us an email and let us know you'd like to return them.  Please return them to the address below.  When received, we will credit your account for the envelopes you return.
