Ordering Policy

We hope you'll love whatever you receive from A Giftful Heart!

Our goal at A Giftful Heart has been to provide a unique, high quality product for you. We also strive to provide the highest level of service to our customers. We understand that there are many places for you to spend your hard earned money, and we know that we need to work hard to earn your business.

We hope that this website will provide you with a pleasurable shopping experience and all the information you need to make an informed purchase. If for any reason you do not find what you need, our customer service staff is standing by ready to help in any way they can.

Please note our Ordering Policy for Custom Magnets:

• An email proof is included with each order, for your approval prior to printing. (Please read "important note regarding email proofs" below.)
  
  
• Your magnets will not be printed until we have your approval in writing.
  
  
• Revisions: One set of minor revisions is included, if necessary, to correct errors or adjust colors (within same color family). (We will be happy to adjust colors automatically as well. If you'd like assistance coordinating your colors, just ask!)

PERSONAL PHOTO MAGNETS (in addition to the above)

• One Photo Proof per order.  We are happy to provide you with one email proof with the photo you submit with your order.  One set of revisions is include to correct any errors or adjust colors. (Beyond this, see "additional proofs" below.)
  
  
• Additional proofs with a new photo are $8 per proof. (Custom Photo Hearts & Custom Photo Squares are $25 per photo, due to additional time involved. Feel free to request a preview prior to ordering, if you are unsure of your photo - see next bullet point!)
  
  
• If you are unsure of which photo to use, we offer complimentary previews. We will provide you with up to two photo previews via email, without lettering or photo enhancements, so you may decide which photo you'd like to submit with your order! Request Preview.

ADDITIONAL PROOFS:

In the event you would like to request additional designs or make further changes to your original proof, we are happy to show you as many proofs as you'd like in order to create something you love!

Here is the pricing chart for additional proofs & revisions:

New Photo** (same design): $8 (color & b/w proofs Ok)
**New Photo for "Full Photo Hearts & Squares": $25

New Color Combination (same design/same photo): $5

New Design: $15

New Fonts: $8

Revisions to Update Wording: $8

EMAIL PROOFS

Please remember to also check your Junk or Bulk Mail folder for your proof.

If you do not receive your email proof by the end of the 4th business day (custom colors & designs may take longer), and you have checked your Junk or Bulk Mail folder as well, please call our office at 877.238.9458 at your convenience so that we may assist you.

PHYSICAL MAGNET SAMPLES:

Due to the custom nature of the magnets, we want to make sure you're happy with what you receive.   

• We offer a complimentary pre-printed physical sample of one magnet (design/color based on availability).  Please feel free to request a sample prior to ordering!

PHOTO MAGNET/TOUCH-UPS OFFERED:

Minor touch-ups we may perform which may be included in the price of your order:

• Softening a background
• Removing minor skin blemishes
• Removing simple objects/people from backgrounds (as reviewed on a case by case basis to determine "simple")
