Our goal at A Giftful Heart has been to provide a unique, high quality product for you. We also strive to provide the highest level of service to our customers. We understand that there are many places for you to spend your hard earned money, and we know that we need to work hard to earn your business.

We hope that this website will provide you with a pleasurable shopping experience and all the information you need to make an informed purchase. If for any reason you do not find what you need, our customer service staff is standing by ready to help in any way they can.

Ordering Information for Custom Magnets & Cards:

• PROOFS: An email proof of your design is included with each order, for your approval prior to printing. Personalized test prints are also available for $8.
  
  
• APPROVAL: Your magnets will not be printed until we have your approval in writing.


• **Please make sure to include all wording with your proof request, as well as any special instructions.
  
  
• REVISIONS: Revised proof(s) are included to correct errors, adjust colors, wording, or change photo(s) on most designs. Revisons are processed in the order received, therefore, please try to make change requests at one time, so that we may process your order as efficiently as possible. Revision requests must be in writing.


• We will be happy to adjust colors automatically as well. If you'd like assistance coordinating your colors, just ask!
  

ADDITIONAL DESIGNS:

In the event you would like to request an additional design(s), pricing is as follows: Lettering only proofs - $8; single-photo proofs* - $10; multi-photo proofs - $15; *"Custom Photo/Full Photo" proofs - $15-$25.

If you do not receive your email proof by the end of the 4th business day, and you have checked your Junk or Bulk Mail folder as well, please email status@agiftfulheart.com or call 877-238-9458 at your convenience so that we may assist you.

PRODUCTION TIME:

• PROOFS: Most proofs are sent same day or within 1-2 business days. Custom Photo Hearts/Squares, custom colors & custom designs, please allow up to 4 business days (or more - please inquire for current proof production time).


• PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time is approximately 5-7 business days from proof approval.


• PRODUCTION EXPRESS:Express Production may be available. Details here. Please inquire.


• SHIPPING TIME: USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 mailing days (includes Saturdays)

PHYSICAL MAGNET SAMPLES:

Due to the custom nature of the magnets, we want to make sure you're happy with what you receive.   

• Pre-printed physical sample of one magnet (design/color based on availability).  Please feel free to request a sample prior to ordering!


• Personalized samples are available for personal photo designs or designs in which you are customizing colors, and are $8 each. Order $8 Personalized Test Print.

Custom Tinting of Graphics: Fee based on hourly rate, $5 minimum.
