Instructions for Sending Your Photo

Digital Images (from camera or scan): 

• Upload via our website: UPLOAD (please make sure there are no spaces in the filename)
OR

• Email to: images@agiftfulheart.com. Please write your Order # in the subject line.

CROPPING: Please do not crop your photo. (We may need additional room around the edges for printing purposes.) However, please let us know if there is a particular way you would like the photo cropped or if there is anything important that you would like to keep in the photo. Please feel free to send a cropped example, along with the original photo.

Printed Photos:

File Formats:

• Send as either a JPG, TIFF or PSD.

Image Editing:

• EDITING: We will perform minor edits to enhance your photo, if necessary. (Etensive editing may require an additional fee.) Enhancements may include:

• Red Eye Removal
• Removing small objects (simple background/not adjoined to people)
• Blemish removal
• Softening a background
  
  If you would like photo editing done to your photo, please let us know at the time of the order, and we'll let you know if it's something that's included or would be an additional fee.
