Ordering/Return Policy
We hope you'll love whatever you receive from A Giftful Heart! Prior to ordering, please review our Ordering Policy for ordering guidelines. If there is a need for a return/credit, please note our Return Policy for Custom Magnets: Due to the custom nature of the magnets, we want to make sure you're happy with what you receive. We do two things to help ensure this:

Clients" pages Proof Accuracy. Please check your proof carefully! Once you approve your proof, your magnet or card will not be reviewed again by the designer. It is your responsibility to proofread the proof(s) you receive for accuracy of all design/colors and lettering, including calendars and circled calendar dates! If you approve a proof for printing, and then find there is an error after your magnets or cards have been printed, we will revise the magnet or card, send you another proof for approval, and reprint them for you at a discounted price. Color and Lightness/Darkness. Actual printed magnet and card/lettering colors may vary from your computer monitor and/or a copy you print at home. Due to the wide variety of monitors, and the fact that we cannot control how the colors or lightness/darkness of items display on your particular monitor(s), or the type of printer, ink, paper or print settings you may print out to use to compare the proof and physical items, we cannot offer refunds or reprints at no charge for an issue of color or lightness/darkness. Computer monitors should be used as a guideline only. Printed magnets may vary in color, and/or may be lighter or darker than your monitor or printout. RETURN POLICY: When your magnets and/or attach-cards arrive, if they are as shown in the email proof you approved, the items are not returnable or refundable. If there is an error made on our part and your magnet or card is different from the one you approved for one of two reasons - a design element is different from the proof you approved, or there was a lettering error (ie, misspelling or incorrect font, which is different from the proof you approved) - we will replace your magnets or cards at no charge. If there are any discrepancies, the items in question must be returned for review. Items will need to be returned and in our office within one (1) week from the time the discrepancy was noted so that we may resolve the issue promptly. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there are any defects or damage to any of your magnets or cards, you may return them, and we will replace them at no charge. You must notify us within one (1) week from your date of delivery. If there is a shortage to your magnet order, you must notify us within one (1) week from your date of delivery. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unsure of a design, colors or how your photo will look, we offer complimentary previews on most photo magnets* - so that ordering is worry-free! Click Here for Details & to Request a Preview Envelope Returns: If you'd like to return the envelopes for any reason, please send us an email and let us know you'd like to return them. Please return them to the address below. When received, we will credit your account for the envelopes you return.
