Shipping Policies **PLEASE NOTE: If your order is urgent
or you need it to arrive on or by a specific
date, please see "Express Service"
section below.
**If your order is
urgent, please
add "Express Service" to your
order (located to the left of the Total box
on the last page of checkout), and we will
move your order up to the earliest possible
time for your specific order.
(**Express Service is a rush service fee. We do not currently ship Overnight.) If you need the order to arrive by a specific date: Please note: Express Service will move you up in the production to the earliest possible time for your order, however, due to the nature of creating a custom order, we cannot guarantee exact shipping delivery dates. If you are in doubt as to whether or not you'll be able to receive your order by a certain date, please call us at (877) 238-9458, and we'll check our production schedule for that particular week and let you know if we feel we can accommodate your request. However, please note this will still be a "best case" guideline and not a guarantee. CORRECTIONS WITH ORDERS If there is an error on our part concerning your order, we will correct the error and get the shipment out to you as soon as possible. Please let us know as early in the day as possible, preferably by 10am PST, so that we may have time to get the correction out to you same day. However, as we cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we do not currently ship overnight, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for any corrections.
Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. PLEASE NOTE: We take no responsibility for orders delayed by the shipper (USPS). If your order does not arrive when expected, please contact the shipper directly with your tracking number for more information on the exact location and anticipated delivery of your package. They may offer you a credit for the shipping charges if you request it. Non-Receipt of Order: If your order has not been received within three (3) weeks of ship date, and there is NO Proof of Delivery (Delivery Confirmation), we will replace the magnets at no charge. If there is a Delivery Confirmation from the shipper, we will replace the magnets at a discounted price. (We assume no responsibility for non-receipt of order when there is a Delivery Confirmation in place.) ~Orders sent to a wrong address given by you are your responsibility and will not be re-shipped without a new order. ~Orders with incomplete or erroneous addresses will not be shipped until the addresses are corrected. |
