Our goal at A Giftful Heart is to provide a unique, high quality product for you. We also strive to provide the highest level of service to our customers. We understand that there are many places for you to spend your hard earned money, and we know that we need to work hard to earn your business. We hope that this website will provide you with a pleasurable shopping experience and all the information you need to make an informed purchase. If for any reason you do not find what you need, we are ready to help in any way we can.

PROOF

A designer will create a digital/email proof for you, and send it to you via email for review.

REVIEW

If you would like any revisions, please let us know.

PRINT & SHIP

When you’re ready, approve your proof, and we will print & ship! (Your magnets will not be printed until we have your approval in writing.)

* Proofs: Most proofs are sent within 1-2 business days. Custom Photo Hearts/Squares, custom colors, custom designs, please allow up to 4 business days.
* Revisions: Most revisions are sent within 1-2 business days. We do our best to respond to revision requests as quickly as possible, however, due to the varying degrees of complexity, along with the variance in the number of requests, the response times will vary. (November, December, January and February are our busiest months. Production/response times may be on the longer end during these months.)
* Production Time: Once approved, standard production time is approximately seven (7) business days. (Express Production may be available. Please inquire prior to ordering.)
* Ship Time: USPS Priority Mail, 2-4 mailing days (mailing time includes Saturdays)
–Please note that due to the custom nature of the product, production times are approximate, which means that your order may ship slightly before or after the approximate date. If there should be any production delay, we will provide an update.

PROOF REVISIONS:
* Revised proof(s) are included to correct errors, adjust colors or change photo(s).
* Please bullet-point your revisions.
* Please make change requests at one time, so that we may process your order as efficiently as possible.

*WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PROOF:
*Please check your Junk/Bulk Mail folders
*If you have not received your email proof by the end of the 4th business day, and you have checked your Junk/Bulk Mail as well, please email us so that we may assist: info@agiftfulheart.com. Please provide your Order #, if possible.

ADDITIONAL DESIGNS:
In the event you would like to request an additional design(s), pricing is as follows:
*Lettering only proofs – $8
*Personal photo designs – $15

PAYMENT:
Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged at time of ordering. If you are not ready to place the full order, we recommend using the “Digital Proof Only $15″ option. Once the proof is approved, you may place the full order when you are ready.

PHYSICAL SAMPLES:
Free Samples: Due to the custom nature of our products, we want to make sure you’re happy with what you receive! We offer a pre-printed physical sample of one magnet (design/color based on availability). Please feel free to request a sample prior to ordering! Request a Sample.

Personalized Samples: Available for personal photo designs or designs in which you are customizing colors – $8. Order $8 Personalized Test Print.

PHOTO EDITING/TOUCH-UPS:
Some photo touch-ups may be included with your order; other editing available for a fee. Please inquire at time of ordering.

HELPFUL TIPS!

WHEN SHOULD I SEND MY SAVE THE DATES?
Current etiquette is generally to send save the dates approximately six months prior to your event. For holiday weekend or destination events, send your save the dates up to a year or longer in advance.
